Your text data is stored locally on your device and is never accessed, analyzed, or shared externally. Voicepaper does not transmit your text data to any servers.

Anonymous Feedback
Voicepaper includes an anonymous Feedback Box. When you submit feedback, only essential data such as OS version, device model, and app version are collected to aid in issue resolution.

Data Analytics
To improve the app experience, Voicepaper collects anonymous usage data. This includes crash logs, feature usage metrics, and version history. This information is anonymized and cannot be linked to individual users.

Google Drive Integration
Our app’s use of Google Drive strictly follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

   Voicepaper accesses Google Drive APIs solely to improve user experience, specifically to access documents and files stored on Google Drive.
2. Data Sharing and Disclosure
   We do not share Google Drive user data with third parties unless essential for app functionality or legally required.
3. Data Storage and Security
   Google Drive data is temporarily cached on our secure servers during a session and deleted once the session ends.
4. Policy Compliance
   We fully comply with Google API policies, ensuring data use remains within user-authorized scope.
5. User Control
   Users have full control over their data and may review, modify, or delete files directly via Google Drive settings.

No AI or Machine Learning Model Use
Voicepaper does not use any data from Google Workspace APIs for AI or machine learning model development, training, or improvement. All data accessed is strictly for enhancing app functionality and user experience, with no other use.
